KSRM Choir Members
Since the launch of KSRM, many have come forward seeking God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Believers from all walks of life embarked on this journey in Christ.
Most of the musicians already had musical skills back then. All our talented choir members already had singing talents with sweet voices. But little did they all know that they will be rubbing shoulders together to form a Gospel Choir group. No one was acquainted to each other back then. No one planned for it. None of them had the slightest idea that their existing talents were about to be blended with that of others to form what we see today.
KSRM Choir is one among the main pillars that supports the Ministry. To think of it... it's much more than just possessing musical skills and abiities. To sing for the glory of Christ you will need to have spiritual knowledge as well. This is a necessary requirement owing to the value of praise and worship which is, in itself, a spiritual commitment.
It's amazing how God called different talents to His Church and none of them had the slightest notion that the person worshipping next to him/her may very soon be a fellow musician or choir member in the same musical Group. Each one of them welcomed each other with love and joy. It was so joyful to make new acquaintances and to contribute our skills and talents together so that they can form a masterpiece for God.
It started with a one-man worship leader with Br Lemmy Payet stepping forward to animate the Night Vigil with only his guitar and a microphone plugged on a small PA System. It was a marvel to see how God equipped the Ministry with more and more musicians and singers coming forward to form a fully-equipped group.
For those of you attending our Sundary Praise & Worship session, you will surely not miss the calibre of these singers and musicians through their praise and worship hymns to create the atmosphere conducive for the presence of God.
